A-Wake A-Ware A-Light
Each Technique is numbered to give a suggested sequence. 1-3 are best done first. This will ativate your Light Body so that you are aware of the sensations for yourself. Then do in any order to suit your desired journey. Please don't rush the process. Repeat the tech until you are able to recall the sensations with your eyes open and in a few breaths. Please study my pictures/charts I've used to illustrate each track as they will add visual focus to your meditation. Enjoy your transformation.
